nThey have earned real trust with their audience in a category most brands get wrong, and are now growing fast, which means more touchpoints, more formats, and a growing need for someone to hold the visual identity together across all of them.
nWhy does this role exist?
nMost healthcare-adjacent design in India defaults to clinical, conservative, and forgettable. This brand has deliberately gone the other way, and that only works if every piece of design (a social post, an ad, a deck) looks and feels like it belongs to the same brand.




nThe foundations already exist: a distinct visual identity, a growing library of brand assets, and multiple channels that need consistent creative. What is needed now is someone with strong core design fundamentals who can apply that identity confidently across formats, not just produce isolated pretty visuals.
nThis is not a role for someone who only wants to design one type of asset. It is for someone who can hold a visual system together across social, advertising, and longer-format brand collateral, and who can explain the reasoning behind their design choices, not just execute a brief.
