Job DescriptionPOSITION OVERVIEW
nWe are seeking an experienced, proactive, and well-organised Property Manager to lead the day-to-day
noperations of an independent residential building in Juhu Scheme, Mumbai. The role encompasses
nbuilding operations, tenant coordination, maintenance supervision, staff and vendor management,
naccounting administration, concierge support for residents, owner administration, and the coordination
nof selected Mumbai Rotary Club activities.
nABOUT RUPANI HOUSE
nRupani House is a private, independent residential building situated in Juhu Scheme, Mumbai. The
nproperty comprises a mix of duplex residences and independent floor apartments, with both owner-
noccupied and tenant-occupied units. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless
ndaily operations across maintenance, resident support, vendor coordination, security oversight, and
nrelated administrative functions.
nLOCATION & WORKING HOURS
nLocation: Rupani House, Ground Floor, #32, Ashok Nagar Society, NS Road 9, Juhu Scheme, Mumbai –

nHours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM,



Monday through Sunday. A weekly compensatory off may be availed on a
nweekday.
nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
nProperty and Tenant Management
n• Manage tenant relationships and address resident concerns promptly and professionally.
n• Coordinate lease-related matters, including rent collection, deposits, renewals, and
ndocumentation.
n• Assist in advertising vacancies, showing units, and engaging with prospective tenants as required.
n• Ensure adherence to occupancy rules and building policies at all times.
nBuilding Operations and Maintenance
n• Oversee daily upkeep and overall operations of the building.
n• Ensure common areas remain clean, well-maintained, and fully functional.
n• Coordinate repairs and maintenance through external vendors across plumbing, electrical, pest
ncontrol, civil works, fire-fighting systems, IT support, and other building services.
