nAbout the Role
nThis is a hands-on, senior compliance position reporting to the Head of Compliance (based in Singapore). You will lead a small team of sanctions analysts in India while owning a mix of hands-on sanctions screening and broader compliance advisory work across the group.

nKey Responsibilities:
nSanctions & Screening (~50%)

- n
- Own Level 2 sanctions screening escalations and reviews, including Sanctioned Controlled Ownership (SCO) assessmentsn
- Serve as the primary advisor on sanctions-related matters, partnering with Commercial, Operations and Finance teams to embed robust screening processes, particularly in sensitive jurisdictions and for new customer/partner onboardingn
nBroader Compliance (~50%)

- n
- Support Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABAC), trade compliance,
ethics and business integrity, and competition law compliance across the groupn
- Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of compliance policies and controls, with particular focus on ABAC, conflicts of interest and sanctions programsn
- Track and interpret regulatory developments globally (trade sanctions, anti-corruption laws), translating them into transparent, actionable guidance for the businessn
- Assist with investigations into potential compliance incidents, documenting findings and recommending corrective measuresn
- Design and deliver compliance training across the organisation, building a proactive compliance culturen
nCandidate Profile

- 5-8 years of experience in compliance, with meaningful depth in sanctions and ABACn
- Industry background in shipping preferred but not required; candidates from banking or BPO/shared-services compliance backgrounds are also encouraged to apply
