nKey Responsibilities
n● Identify and evaluate potential partners (corporates, fintechs, platforms, communities)
n● Build and execute partnership strategies aligned with business goals
n● Negotiate commercial terms and finalize partnership agreements
n● Drive partner onboarding and ensure smooth integration with internal teams
n● Track and optimize partner performance (leads, conversions, revenue)
n● Build co-marketing and co-branded initiatives with partners
n● Maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
nRequirements




n● 10 - 12 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or alliances
n● Robust negotiation and stakeholder management skills
n● Experience working with startups, fintech, or insurance is preferred
