nRole Overview
nWe're looking for a Client Success (Chat) Associate to manage client conversations entirely over chat/WhatsApp. You will be the voice of Voy - supporting clients with fast, empathetic, and professional communication throughout their health journey.

- Respond to client queries on Chat/WhatsApp in a timely and professional mannern
- Guide clients on programs, meal plans, onboarding, renewals, and appointmentsn
- Maintain a warm, encouraging, and health-focused brand voicen
- Manage multiple chat conversations efficiently without losing contextn
- Capture feedback and common pain points to improve the client experiencen
