nSterling ITC Group is seeking an experienced International Business Development Manager to strengthen its global infrastructure consulting practice, initially focusing on highways, transport infrastructure, road safety, asset management, DPR, project management and construction-supervision assignments.
nThe selected candidate will identify and qualify international opportunities, monitor multilateral and bilateral development-bank pipelines, develop relationships with international and local consulting firms, coordinate Expressions of Interest and technical proposals, and manage pursuits through shortlisting, RFP and award stages.
nThis is a hands-on business-development and proposal-management role. The position requires someone who can convert procurement intelligence into credible partnerships, compliant submissions and a structured international opportunity pipeline.
