nWe're looking for a Business Development professional to manage inbound leads, build client relationships, and drive growth through sharp pitches and presentations. You'll be part of the Strategy team, turning conversations into opportunities and opportunities into lasting partnerships.
nWhat you'll do

- Manage inbound leads from first contact to conversion, tracking them through the sales pipelinen
- Conduct client meetings, reviews, and presentations — including travel when requiredn
- Strategize and collaborate with creative teams to develop tailored pitch decks and proposalsn
- Own and deliver business pitches that showcase One MG's strategic and creative capabilitiesn
- Maintain lead and chance records in CRM systems and ensure timely follow-upsn




- Support leadership in negotiations and deal closuresn
- Track business development metrics and contribute to internal growth reviewsn

nWhat we're looking for

- n
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales, ideally within a creative, advertising, or digital agencyn
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in client-facing situationsn
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into compelling proposalsn
- Detail-driven, deadline-focused, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneouslyn
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to the growth of One MGn
- Comfortable with frequent travel for client meetings and business discussionsn
