Job DescriptionAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced Program Manager (PMO) to own and drive end-to-end delivery of customer programs. This is a senior individual contributor role with complete ownership of a portfolio of projects—from contract receipt to delivery, hypercare, billing, renewals, and repeat business.
nYou will be the single point of accountability for delivery outcomes and client communication, ensuring predictable execution, solid governance, and high customer satisfaction while protecting engineering productivity.
nKey Responsibilities
nProgram & Portfolio Ownership

- Own delivery of projects across Fixed Bid, T&M;, and AMC/Subscription modelsn
- Establish and manage baselines for scope, schedule, effort, milestones, and billingn
- Track and control risks, dependencies, and variances using PMO-defined metricsn
- Ensure adherence to the full delivery lifecycle:n
- Initiation → Planning → Execution → Deployment → Closure → Hypercare → AMCn

nClient Communication & Governance

- n




- Act as the single owner for all client-facing communicationn
- Lead weekly status reports, review meetings, milestone sign-offs, and escalationsn
- Manage billing, invoicing, documentation handover, and project closuren
- Shield engineering teams from unplanned or ad-hoc client requestsn
- Lead QBRs and executive reviews with senior stakeholdersn

nCross-functional Execution

- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, DevOps, MLOps, Hardware, Field Services, and vendorsn
- Resolve cross-team dependencies and execution bottlenecks proactivelyn
- Ensure readiness across design, testing, and deployment phasesn

nPMO, QMS & Compliance

- Enforce PMO charter, SOPs, templates, and QMS standardsn
- Maintain audit-ready documentation in ClickUpn
- Drive PMO/QMS audits and closure of corrective actionsn
- Ensure strict change control post scope and plan freezen
