nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
nHandle property enquiries from prospective buyers and investors
nUnderstand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
nCoordinate and conduct property/site visits




nFollow up with leads and maintain regular communication with clients
nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients
nAssist the team throughout the sales process, from enquiry to closure
nStay updated on property listings, locations and market trends
nWork towards achieving individual and team sales targets
