nAbout the Role
nAikaara Technologies is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise software projects for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing Agile software development teams, coordinating with clients, tracking project execution, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality web applications.
nThe Project Manager will work closely with Engineering, Product, QA, UI/UX, and client stakeholders while managing project timelines, risks, budgets, and team productivity.
nKey Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end software development projects from planning to production deployment.n
- Work closely with US clients to gather requirements and manage expectations.n
- Prepare project plans, sprint schedules, release plans, and resource allocation.n
- Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning,



Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.n
- Coordinate with React, Ruby on Rails, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams.n
- Track project progress using Jira and ensure timely delivery.n
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively drive resolutions.n
- Monitor project scope, timelines, quality, and budget.n
- Prepare weekly project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.n
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production releases, and post-production support.n
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile best practices, and delivery standards.n
- Drive continuous process improvement across project execution.n
