nKey Responsibilities

- Build, lead, and manage teams of 20–50 members across multiple functions.n
- Define, document, and implement SOPs, process maps, and KPIs.n
- Manage day-to-day backend operations with strict adherence to SLAs and quality metrics.n
- Prepare and review MIS, dashboards, and operational reports for management and clients.n
- Conduct root-cause analysis on operational issues and implement long-term corrective actions.n
- Partner with stakeholders and handle client escalations with professionalism.n
- Deliver results in high-pressure environments with strict targets and deadlines.n
nDesired Skills & Experience

- 3-5 years of proven experience in operations management.n
- Strong expertise in process definition, MIS/reporting, and KPI tracking.n
- Hands-on experience managing high-volume operations.n
- Excellent analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.n
- Superior communication skills – both verbal and written.n
- Client handling and stakeholder management exposure.n
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.n
