nRole Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Bengaluru.



The Business Development Manager will drive new business opportunities in the real estate segment by identifying prospective clients along with a dedicated team. Driving revenue and maintaining positive PnL of the team.
nBuilding and presenting Square Yards' suite of prop-tech and real estate solutions. The role involves Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure. Driving closures and align product with client needs with platform capabilities and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking market trends, Tracking and training the team, Enabling team mates with sales. Preparing performance reports, and representing the company at client meetings, events, and industry forums.
