nKey Requirements:
n3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing
nExperience leading an Affiliate Sales or Publisher Acquisition team
nHands-on experience managing CPS, CPL, CPA, CPI & CPC campaigns
nStrong network of publishers and affiliate partners
nExperience with affiliate tracking platforms like Trackier, Everflow, HasOffers or similar
nStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
