About the job

A Customer Service Associate is responsible for assisting customers, resolving their queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience through phone, chat, email, or other communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through calls, chat, email, and other channels.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Explain products, services, processes, and policies clearly.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and within the required timeline.
Follow up with customers regarding pending issues or requests.
Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Maintain qualified communication and customer service standards.
Achieve assigned customer service and quality targets.
Skills Required
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to use CRM, email, and MS Office tools.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Patience and a positive attitude.
