Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude and an interest in building a career in business development and client engagement.

This role is focused on lead generation, outbound outreach, and initial qualification. You will work closely with senior sales leadership, supporting the creation of a strong and consistent sales pipeline.

Eligibility

- MBA / BBA or equivalent business related degree with 0 - 1 year experience

- Robust verbal and written communication skills.

- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

- Willingness to learn and develop a career in Business Development.

- Willingness to work in US shift timings.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients.

- Contact prospects through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.





- Communicate with prospects and understand their basic requirements.

- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.

- Identify interested prospects and share relevant details with the senior sales team.

- Schedule meetings with qualified prospects.

- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM.

- Work with the sales and marketing teams when required.

- Learn and improve sales, communication, and business development skills.
