About the role — The Forging Quality Head will oversee the quality assurance processes within the forging department, ensuring all products meet stringent quality standards. This role requires a robust communicator to effectively collaborate with various teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities :

- Develop and implement quality assurance policies for the forging process.

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality-related issues.

- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

- Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review.

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.





- Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns.

Required qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.

- 0–10 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proficient in quality management systems and tools.

Nice to have :

- Experience in the forging or Gear Manufacturing.

- Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.

- Familiarity with ISO standards related to quality management.
