Job Description

This position is responsible to oversee and manage the learning and development process for all talent in the hotel. This position will ensure that all learning activities support Accor philosophy of creating an environment where each and every member of the team is recognized as talent and feels valued for their contribution.

- Develop, implement, and oversee the annual training plan and learning budget, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals and efficient resource allocation
- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis in collaboration with department heads and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and design targeted learning solutions
- Design, coordinate,



and deliver engaging training programs—both internal and external—across all organizational levels, utilizing diverse delivery methods and platforms
- Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless program enrollment, tracking, and accessibility for all employees
- Measure and analyze training effectiveness through data-driven metrics, feedback mechanisms, and performance indicators; recommend continuous improvements based on findings
- Lead employee engagement and development initiatives that promote a supportive, inclusive learning environment and strengthen organizational culture
- Manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants, ensuring quality delivery and cost-effectiveness
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging learning technologies; implement creative solutions to enhance program delivery and support organizational change initiatives
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on training outcomes and strategic recommendations
