- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in preparing job descriptions, interview materials, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee and candidate records and update HR databases regularly.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining attendance, leave, and other employee-related records.
- Coordinate with different departments to support smooth HR operations.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining recruitment and employee documentation.
- Handle employee queries professionally and escalate HR-related concerns when required.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
