The primary responsibilities include generating leads, establishing and managing client accounts, identifying potential business opportunities, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. The role involves building strong client relationships, effectively communicating with stakeholders, and fostering business growth in global markets.QualificationsProven skills in New Business Development and Lead GenerationKnowledge of Business Development and Account Management principles.He/She must have their own computer system/laptop and good internet connection.Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Zoho and CRM tools.Strong Communication skills,



both verbal and writtenExperience in building and managing client relationshipsSelf-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independentlyPrior experience in architecture, BIM services, or related fields is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field is preferredAbility to work remotely and manage time effectively.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition:Proactively identify and target new clients across various industries like Architecture, Interiors, BIM across the globe using multiple channels (cold calling, email outreach, networking, digital marketing, etc.).Business Growth Strategy:Develop and execute a business development strategy aimed at expanding our client base and increasing revenue. Manage sales pipeline and achieve quarterly revenue targets by acquiring and exploring upsell opportunities with existing ones.Lead Generation:Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring the company's growth objectives are met.Market Research:Stay updated with market trends to identify potential opportunities for expansion and adapt strategies accordingly.
