A TPM serves as a single point of contact for clients, guiding them from "after sales" to "live implementation." At the very least, TPMs are designed to handle a few single-digit customers at a time.Responsibilities & DutiesCard91’s SPOC for the client’s business and technical teamCoordination of the client's business, technical and design teams with Card91's business, technical and design teamsProvide detailed API explanation and Sandbox / Live business portal’s demonstrations to the client’s teamsDaily coordination with multiple teams on the client’s and Card91’s end to facilitate seamless integration and testingSupervise testing on various platforms, QA and UAT,
