Job Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for US healthcare clients.Assist members with insurance advantages, claims, eligibility, and billing-related queries.Provide accurate information while maintaining quality and compliance standards.Document customer interactions in the system.Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.





Eligibility:Graduate/Undergraduate (as per process eligibility).Excellent English communication skills.Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.Willingness to work in US rotational night shifts.Customer service experience in BPO is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.Freshers Only**
