Sales and Marketing Management TraineeFaridabad On-site Full-timeAbout the roleWe're looking for a sharp, driven generalist to join the Founder's Office and work directly alongside the founder. You'll be working closely with a team that has studied at IIT Bombay, ETH Zurich, and IIM Indore, and has built multiple international businesses. It's a high-ownership, high-exposure role for someone who wants a front-row seat to how a business is actually run across operations, marketing, content, research, and whatever the week demands. You won't be boxed into one function. You'll be handed real problems, given context, and trusted to run.This is the right role for you if you learn fast, take initiative without being chased, and want to build range early in your career rather than specialize too soon while learning directly from people who've done it before.What you'll doWork side by side with the founder on day-to-day priorities across the businessTake ownership of tasks end to end from research and planning to execution and follow-upJump between functions as needed: operations, marketing, content, coordination,

This is a fully on-site role remote and hybrid are not options.
