nBabli is a growing D2C women's fashion brand focused on comfortable everyday wear made primarily from cotton, handloom cotton, and yarn-dyed fabrics.
nWe are looking for a Fashion Designer who can contribute to trend research, fabric selection, sampling, garment development, fit corrections, embroidery development, print development, and collection creation for women's western and fusion wear.
nKey Responsibilities
n• Trend research and collection development
n• Fabric selection and sourcing
n• Sampling, fitting, and garment development
n• Print, embroidery, and surface development
n• Coordination with masters, artisans, karigars, and vendors




n• Technical sketches, tech packs, and specification sheets
n• Product styling, photoshoots, and collection launches
n• Working closely with production teams to ensure commercial viability
nPreferred Experience
n• Women's western and fusion wear
n• Garment construction and product development
n• Fabric sourcing and textile knowledge
n• Embroidery and surface development
n• Sampling and fit corrections
n• Experience working with artisans and production teams
