nChief Financial Officer (CFO) – Venue Development Division
nRole Objective
nLead financial strategy, capital structuring, project finance, investor relations, governance, and financial performance for the venue development business.

n• Develop long-term financial models for venue projects.
n• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
n2. Project Finance & Fundraising
n• Secure debt, equity, and structured finance for venue development.

n• Lead fundraising and capital deployment strategies.
