nRole Description
nThe Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru,



responsible for driving growth for ISECURION's cybersecurity consulting and managed security services. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to understand service offerings, prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and present tailored solutions to clients. Day-to-day activities include conducting market and competitor research, developing account plans, attending client meetings and industry events, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and providing accurate forecasts and reports to leadership. The role also requires continuous engagement with existing clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
