nRole- Softskill trainer
nLocation- Pune
nSalary - 43K CTC per month
nWork Mode- Onsite (9:30 am to 6pm)
nJob Role -
n Impart training on domain
n Mapping and identifying where needy underprivileged youths may be found,
ncounseling the youths to do the courses.
n Review student resumes and give feedback; provide coaching for the
ninterview process.
n Conducting mock interviews.
n Assign and grade class work, homework, tests and assignments.
n Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students.
n Observe and maintain accurate and complete records of student's progress
nand development.
n Counseling students with academic problems and providing student
nencouragement.
n Groom the students to prepare them for jobs.
n Ensuring positive employment opportunities for the students with prospective
nemployers.
n Needs to undertake additional responsibilities from time to time based on
nthe organizations need.
