nPOSITION SUMMARY
nWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager – DME Billing to lead and manage end-to-end DME Revenue Cycle Operations. The incumbent will be responsible for driving operational performance, client satisfaction, revenue optimization, team development, and process excellence across DME Billing functions.
nThe role requires solid expertise in DME Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Denial Management, Medicare/Medicaid Guidelines, Commercial Payers, Client Management, and Team Leadership.
nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
nOperations Management

- Manage end-to-end DME Billing operations and ensure achievement of productivity, quality, and financial targets.n
- Lead multiple teams handling billing, AR follow-up, denial management, payment posting, and appeals.n
- Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.n
- Ensure timely claim submission and maximize collections through effective AR management.n




- Analyze operational performance and implement corrective action plans.n

nTeam Leadership & People Management

- Lead, mentor, and develop Team Leads and billing specialists.n
- Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and team productivity.n

nClient & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and support client interactions.n
