nAbout the Team and the Role
nThe Creative, Marketing team at Ather is responsible for building brand Ather, creating in-house creative assets, telling stories about refined auto engineering, and shifting the perceptions of millions of Indians regarding EVs. The team focuses on out-of-the-box ideas, advertising innovation, and experimenting with LLMs and generative AI by working closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and brand managers to craft brand stories from scratch.
nThis role is for a Junior Copywriter who will be the brand custodian of all written communication created for Ather, taking responsibility for thinking of campaigns and writing copy for building brand awareness, engaging the existing community, and promoting recent products.

print, on-ground, radio, digital activations, reels, social campaigns, meme campaigns, and advertisingn
- Work closely with the film production team to execute films.n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on communication, design, and content to deliver solutions for business problems.n
- Keep the logo small.n

- Educational Qualifications don't matter as long as you have a way with words, exceptional design sensibilities, creative thinking, and excellent communications skills.n
- 1-4 years of experience leading copy/design/content or business communications team.n
