nAbout the Role
nTivor Tech is seeking a detail-oriented Referral Coordinator (LOP) to support U.S. healthcare providers managing Personal Injury (PI) cases. The Referral Coordinator will ensure patients complete all recommended diagnostic testing and specialist referrals after their physician visit, maintaining continuity of care and timely treatment.
nKey Responsibilities
nCoordinate MRI, CT, X-Ray, Ultrasound, EMG/NCV, and specialist appointments.
nCommunicate with imaging centers, specialists, and referring providers.
nTrack referrals from creation through completion.
nFollow up with patients until all appointments are completed.
nResolve scheduling and authorization issues promptly.
nMaintain accurate referral documentation within the EMR/EHR system.
nUpdate healthcare providers regarding referral status.
nCoordinate with attorneys and case managers when required for Personal Injury (PI) cases.
nEnsure compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal quality standards.
nQualifications
nMinimum 1 years of experience as a Referral Coordinator in a U.S. healthcare setting.
nExperience in Personal Injury (PI) / Letter of Protection (LOP) workflows is preferred.
nStrong knowledge of imaging and specialist referral processes.
nExperience using U.S. healthcare EMR/EHR systems.
nExcellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
nAbility to manage multiple referrals in a quick-paced environment.
nPreferred Experience
nPreference will be given to candidates with prior experience supporting U.S. healthcare practices, including:
nPersonal Injury (PI) / Letter of Protection (LOP)
nChiropractic Clinics
nOrthopedic Practices
nPain Management Clinics
nMulti-Specialty Clinics
nMedical Spa Practices
