nStatutory compliance across all locations
nContract Labour Compliance & Compliance Audits
nAnalyze manpower productivity and identify optimization opportunities
nPartner with business leaders to enhance workforce efficiency
nEnsure implementation of HR processes, policies, and systems
nGuide, influence, and monitor location HR teams for governance & compliance adherence
nDrive standardization and continuous improvement of HR processes
nWorkforce rationalization (on-roll & off-roll manpower)
nSupport HR projects,
policy rollouts, and process automation initiatives
nEmployee service/legal matters and general administration
nCandidate Profile:
nStrong expertise in statutory compliance handling across multiple locations
nProven experience in building and managing robust HR governance frameworks
nConsistent and progressive career track in HR
nMandatory experience in Manufacturing / FMCG industries
nMust know local language
