nSynergy Marine Group is looking for an experienced QHSE Superintendent to strengthen our tanker fleet operations.
nEligibility:
nMaster (FG) Certificate of Competency
nSailed as Master on ocean-going vessels
nTanker vessel experience is mandatory
nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Lead Management of Change (MOC) activities for vessel takeovers and handovers.n
- Conduct internal ship and office audits and drive corrective actions.n
- Review risk assessments, hot work proposals, and safety-related reports.n
- Support ISM, ISPS, TMSA compliance and documentation.n
- Analyze Near Miss, LARP, and QHSE performance trends.n
- Coordinate fleet-wide QHSE campaigns and security updates.n
