nAbout the Role
nWe're looking for a Senior Architect to lead projects from concept through execution. You'll be responsible for driving design, coordinating teams and consultants, and ensuring projects are delivered with a high level of design and technical excellence.
nThis role is ideal for someone who is confident taking ownership, enjoys solving complex design challenges, and can balance creativity with execution.
nResponsibilities

- Lead projects from concept design through construction.n
- Develop design concepts, layouts, presentations and material palettes.n
- Prepare and review detailed construction drawings and technical documentation.n
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and clients.n
- Conduct site visits and resolve execution-related challenges.n
- Manage project timelines, deliverables and internal coordination.n
- Mentor junior architects and support the growth of the design team.n




- Ensure design quality and attention to detail throughout every stage of the project.n

nRequirements

- n
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.n
- 1–5 years of professional experience in architecture and interiors.n
- Solid portfolio showcasing built work.n
- Experience in hospitality, F&B;, retail or commercial projects is preferred.n
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.n
- Knowledge of Revit and rendering software is an advantage.n
- Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.n
- Excellent communication, presentation and client management skills.n
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and work collaboratively within a team.n
