As we accelerate expansion in India's high-growth market, we're seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our regional business development and build long-term partnerships.
nRole Overview
nBased in India (Bengaluru/Mumbai/Delhi preferred), you will own the end-to-end sales cycle for B2B clients, drive revenue growth, and shape our market penetration strategy. This hybrid role combines strategic territory planning, client relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional business results.
nKey Responsibilities

- Develop and execute targeted sales plans to penetrate India's industrial, manufacturing, and clean energy sectors, meeting or exceeding annual revenue quotasn
- Prospect and acquire recent enterprise clients through consultative selling, leveraging digital tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and industry networksn




- Build multi-threaded relationships with C-level decision-makers, understanding client pain points to deliver tailored solutionsn
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and inform product/marketing strategiesn
- Collaborate with global teams (China headquarters & APAC regional office) to ensure seamless client onboarding and supportn
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management, providing transparent updates to leadershipn
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility in Indian

nRequired Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)n
- 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience in India, with a track record of closing high-value deals (tech/industrial/clean energy sector experience a plus)n
- Fluent in English (written & verbal
