nPosition Overview
nWe are looking for a skilled Tele caller who can conduct advisory calls with leads interested in Franchise Module Development and individuals seeking franchise opportunities. This is NOT a sales role – you will be providing guidance, qualifying leads, understanding their requirements, and scheduling consultations with our franchise advisors. Your communication should be consultative, empathetic, and focused on understanding client needs rather than pushing sales.

- Make outbound advisory calls to leads interested in franchise module development and franchise seeker servicesn
- Understand the client's business background, objectives, and franchise requirements through consultative questioningn
- Explain our services, process, and how we can help them achieve their franchise goalsn
- Qualify leads based on business readiness, budget, and genuine interest in franchise developmentn
- Schedule appointments with Senior Franchise Advisors for qualified leadsn
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, conversations, and lead status in the CRM systemn
- Follow up with leads who need time to think or require additional informationn
- Provide initial guidance and answer basic questions about franchising, without overselling or making unrealistic promisesn

nRequirements & Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Hinglish fluency preferred)n
- 1-3 years of experience in tele
