nWe are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, channel development, project sales, and specification business within the assigned territory. This is a field-based role involving regular interaction with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Builders, Dealers, and Distributors to generate business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.

- Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.n




- Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks and expand market presence.n
- Generate project leads, secure product specifications, and convert opportunities into sales.n
- Build robust relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Builders, and channel partners.n
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team in achieving business objectives.n
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.n
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy channel relationships.n
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and business reports.n

nRequirements :

- 9–12 years of sales experience in plywood, laminates, veneers, MDF, adhesives, hardware, paints, or related building materials.n
- Strong existing network with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Builders, Dealers, and Distributors.n
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and grow
