nKey Responsibilities:

- Drive industrial product sales across hotels, IT companies, bars and pubs, hospitals, clubs, commercial kitchens, educational institutions and 5-star hotelsn
- Grow the industrial equipment business exponentially across the south regionn
- Manage and lead the regional industrial teamn
- Intensify demand generation activities and effortsn
- Handle fabricators, consultants, hotel chains, architects, builders and large clientsn
- Ensure accountability for territory sales, cost and operationsn
- Coordinate with service team for timely resolution of issuesn




- Ensure business forecasting and uninterrupted stock planningn
- Meet large consultants and dealers and tie up for Ice-boy products across south regionn
- Appoint and handle national accountsn
- Identify manpower gaps and recruit appropriatelyn
- Ensure AMC contracts for large national customersn
- Ensure periodic product training for all team membersn
- Expand business verticals into new areasn

nEssential Skills:

- n
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and local languagen
- Experience handling large institutional customer requirementsn
- Exposure to demand generation activitiesn
- Robust understanding of pricing, margins, profit and lossn
- End to end institutional sales experience from lead generation to closure, installation and commissioningn
- Government channel, tender business and large project sales exposuren
- Experience leading a frontline regional sales teamn
