nProgramme Coordinator / Point of Contact
nProgramme coordinator to act as the central point of contact for a cross-functional, multi-site nitrosamine risk-assessment programme. The role keeps activities aligned across products, sites and functions, and manages the logistics and cadence that hold the programme together.
nKey Responsibilities:
n•
nCoordinate confirmatory-testing logistics, including retained-sample selection, shipment to laboratories, and coordination with manufacturing sites, stability centres and testing labs.
n•
nManage programme timelines, actions and meeting cadence, including preparation and follow-up across the core cross-functional team.
n•




nServe as the interface point between technical/documentation, site, analytical, quality and regulatory functions.
n•
nMaintain trackers and status reporting for leadership visibility.
nRequired skills & experience
n•
nProject / programme coordination or PMO experience, ideally in a GMP pharmaceutical setting.
n•
nStrong stakeholder-management and cross-functional communication skills.
n•
nFamiliarity with GMP logistics (samples, stability, lab coordination).
n•
nHighly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
