Job DescriptionOverview:
nSeeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional delivery of complex AdTech and data-driven initiatives. This role is execution-focused, responsible for program governance, dependency management, and stakeholder coordination across engineering, ad sales, ad operations, data, and analytics teams.
nIn addition to core TPM responsibilities, the role requires solid business analysis capabilities to support requirement definition, solution design, and delivery of AI-enabled and data-driven use cases (e.g., forecasting, pricing optimization, audience targeting). The TPM will act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs and deliver measurable value.

- Lead planning and delivery of multi-team AdTech and data-driven programsn
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and cross-team dependenciesn
- Own program governance, milestones, and executive status reportingn
- Coordinate delivery across internal engineering teams,



business stakeholders, and external vendorsn
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize business and functional requirementsn
- Translate business needs into structured requirements, including data inputs, outputs, and success metricsn
- Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions between business, product, and technical teamsn
- Support delivery of AI/ML-enabled AdTech use cases (e.g., forecasting, optimization, targeting)n
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with business expectationsn
- Ensure proper validation and interpretability of data and model outputsn
- Drive Jira-based execution and Confluence documentationn
- Coordinate testing activities, including UAT, ensuring solutions meet business requirementsn
- Support release management and ensure adherence to SDLC and governance processes (including compliance
