nAbout The Role -
nWe are hiring Script Writer who want to learn how content actually drives business results — not just views, but conversions.
nIf you want to understand how storytelling influences retention, engagement, and revenue — this role will train you at the highest level of execution.
nWhat You'll Be Working On -
n● Writing scripts for YouTube (long-form) and short-form content (Reels/Shorts)




n● Supporting the creation of high-converting storytelling content
n● Assisting in building a repeatable, data-driven content engine
n● Learning how to structure scripts for:
n○ Strong hooks
n○ High retention
n○ Explicit narrative flow
n○ Conversion-driven CTAs and much more.
nExpectations (Read Carefully) -
n● You must care about creativity, storytelling and human emotions in your content
n● You must be willing to rewrite until the script works.
n● You must understand that retention, AVD, CTR, and engagement matter (we'll
nteach you these terms)
n● You must be coachable, fast, and execution-focused.
nThis role demands output, speed, and ownership.
