nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.n
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.n
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost control initiatives.n
- Partner with senior management to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.n
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and liaise with external auditors.n
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems.n




- Lead and mentor a small finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.n

nQualifications & Experience:
n
- n
- CPA or CA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.n
- Minimum 5–7 years' experience in a senior finance role, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.n
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and ERP systems.n
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.n
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.n
