nYou run a city or sub-regional cluster of Operations — multiple Senior Managers, 12–20 active
nprojects, ₹40–60 Cr portfolio. You build the operating system that keeps it from collapsing under its
nown weight.
nWHAT YOU WILL OWN
nCluster delivery — full P&L;, schedule, quality, and client outcomes for your geography
nSenior Manager development — build the layer below you; identify and grow next-level leaders
nCapacity planning — anticipate site, PM, SPM, and vendor needs two to three quarters ahead of demand
nVendor ecosystem — strategic partnerships at city level; rate cards; master service agreements
nTop-account ownership — the top 3–5 clients in your geography are your direct accountability
nCross-functional alignment — work shoulder-to-shoulder with city leads in Design, Sales, Procurement, and
nFinance
nProcess and system build — codify what works; push back what does not; help build the Operations
nplaybook
nTalent pipeline — active in senior hiring; build a city-level bench at PM, SPM, and Sr Manager layers

n8+ years in commercial fit-out or adjacent industries (FLEXIBLE)
nHas led a team of 30+ across multiple layers — PMs, SPMs, Sr Managers
