- Organizing and overseeing internal audit in accordance with audit plann
- Review of operations by visiting to plants, stores and recommending necessary changes in policies, implementing current systemsn
- Ensure there are no revenue leakage. Statutory compliance has been duly adhered and identify internal control failure and provide corrective action plan.n
- Review of internal financial controls placed by management, identify process to automate and preventive internal controlsn
- Preparation of Risk assessment registers, presentation of audit summary for Board meetingn
- Review management response provided by concerned divisions and finalising internal audit reportn
- Finalising audit scope, scheduling and co-ordination with external internal auditsn
- Managing team of auditors, training subordinatesn

- Sound knowledge of accounting and internal auditn
- Knowledge of advance Exceln
- Good communication skills – verbal & writtenn
- Comfortable with travelling/ outstation visits (1-2 visit in a quarter)n
- SAP exposure (optional)n
