nRole Description
nThis is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Counsellor at Upskill Rocket located in Bengaluru.
The Sales Counsellor will be responsible for a range of duties including student counselling, career counselling, academic advising, overall student communication, and lead management. You will assist students with course selection, provide guidance on academic and career goals, and support their overall academic journey, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
nCalling Leads: Reach out to potential students who have expressed interest in our courses to provide information and answer questions.
nNurturing Leads: Build relationships with potential students through regular follow-ups, providing additional information and addressing their concerns.
nClosing Leads: Convert potential students into enrolled students by guiding them through the enrollment process and ensuring they are committed to their academic journey with Upskill Rocket.
nSales Skills: Experience in lead management, including calling, nurturing, and closing
