nRole Objective
nAs a Business Development Associate, you will lead regional market expansion. Your role combines
nB2B territory management (onboarding premium retail and corporate accounts) with leading high-
nimpact, direct-to-consumer experiential brand setups across premium lifestyle fests, corporate hubs, and
nmajor events in Bengaluru.
nKey Strategic Responsibilities
n• B2B Market Penetration: Pitch to, onboard, and manage relationships with premium
nsupermarkets, key retail accounts,



and distribution networks.
n• Experiential Brand Activations: Conceptualize, launch, and directly oversee the end-to-end
noperations of TAD's high-footfall micro-retail setups and experiential brand spaces at city
nevents.
n• On-Ground Consumer Strategy: Lead live product storytelling and consumer interaction at
nour activation zones to optimize direct sales velocity and capture market feedback.
n• Account Analytics: Track regional sales volume, manage inventory distribution, and analyze
nfield data to drive local pricing and marketing strategies.
nCandidate Profile
n• Exceptional communication, high emotional intelligence, and sharp negotiation skills.
n• Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable leading on-ground operations and managing live project
nspaces.
n• Fluency in English; knowledge of the local market vernacular (Kannada) is highly
nadvantageous for regional execution.
