nWe are looking for a Creative Team Lead – Copy to lead a team of copywriters and develop impactful, insight-driven campaigns across digital and integrated platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with a passion for creating compelling brand narratives, mentoring teams, and delivering high-quality creative work for multiple brands.
nKey Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of copywriters, ensuring high-quality creative output.n
- Conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, video, and experiential platforms.n
- Develop compelling brand narratives, campaign ideas, scripts, taglines, and long-form copy.n
- Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Designers, Strategists, and Client Servicing teams to deliver integrated creative solutions.n
- Present creative concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.n
- Ensure all copy aligns with brand tone,



communication objectives, and business goals.n
- Review and refine copy to maintain consistency, creativity, and quality.n
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.n
- Stay updated with industry trends, cultural moments, and emerging content formats.n

nRequirements

- 4–8 years of experience in copywriting within an advertising, digital, or creative agency.n
- Proven experience leading or mentoring creative teams.n
- Robust portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns across multiple platforms.n
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.n
- Ability to translate briefs into compelling creative ideas.n
- Experience working across diverse industries and brands.n
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.n
