Job DescriptionPosition Summary
nAdam Tech is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Manager – India to drive new business development and strategic growth across the Indian market.
n8 -12+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, or account management REQUIRED within the electronics, interconnect, or industrial sectors
nThis role will be responsible for expanding Adam Tech's presence with OEMs, EMS providers, and distribution partners across India, with a strong focus on design-in activity, recent customer acquisition, and long-term revenue growth in key sectors including electronics, industrial, automotive, datacom, energy, IoT, and medical.
nThe BDM will work closely with the General Manager – India to execute the regional growth strategy, develop high-value customer relationships, and build a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities aligned with Adam Tech's global objectives.
nKey Responsibilities
nStrategic Growth & Market Expansion




n· Develop and execute a India-specific business development strategy aligned with Adam Tech's global growth plan and regional objectives
n· Identify and penetrate key target markets, including:
no OEMs
no EMS / contract manufacturers
no System integrators
n· Analyze market trends, government initiatives (e.g., Make in India, localization), and competitive landscape to prioritize growth opportunities
n· Drive year-over-year revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
nDemand Creation & Sales Enablement
n· Drive early-stage engagement with design engineers and product development teams to secure design wins
n· Promote Adam Tech's interconnect solutions for inclusion in customer designs and specifications
n· Support technical discussions and coordinate closely with Engineering and Product teams to align solutions with customer requirements
n· Lead RFQ, quotation, and negotiation processes to achieve both revenue and margin tar
