nWe are seeking a highly skilled Lead BIM Coordinator - ACS with a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience to lead project teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client coordination, internal team management, reviewing project deliverables, QA/QC oversight, and ensuring timely project delivery. The role requires strong technical expertise across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines, a proactive and professional approach to training, BIM implementation, and client interactions.

- Manage multiple projects, ensuring effective resource allocation, progress tracking, and revenue monitoring.n
- Support project setup, planning, and execution strategies.n
- Ensure optimal resource deployment aligned with project deliverables and P&L; objectives.n
- Monitor and review project leads' updates to ensure accurate tracking of project status.n
- Lead BIM execution, implementation, and production activities while supporting project estimations.n




- Deliver high-quality outputs for all design stages while adhering to standards, codes, guidelines, and regulations.n
- Coordinate with the Singapore office, clients, and consultants for BIM modelling, reports, and deliverables.n
- Manage project workflows, allocate tasks efficiently, and ensure adherence to deadlines.n
- Oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360).n
- Support recruitment activities and deliver technical orientation sessions for recent hires.n
- Develop, manage, and optimize Dynamo scripts, while training team members in their usage.n
- Manage modelling, coordination, and successful delivery of international projects.n
- Demonstrate experience in applying BIM across all disciplines and project domains.n

nQualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.n
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industr
