Job DescriptionWe are hiring for a leading Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad and are looking for a seasoned Fund Accounting leader with deep expertise in Private Equity Fund Accounting.
nThis is a strategic leadership role requiring robust team management, stakeholder engagement, and client management experience within global financial services with over 18 years of experience in Fund Accounting.
nKey Responsibilities

- Define and drive the strategic direction, governance, and operational excellence of the Fund Accounting function.n
- Overview of the daily operations including ensuring meeting of SLA's, client engagement, service delivery and other administrative mattersn
- Ensure the review of NAV's, capital event processes, partner capital statements and other processes related to work.n
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while driving talent and leadership development.n




- Partner with senior stakeholders and clients to strengthen relationships and deliver business objectives.n
- Develop reporting dashboards, MIS, and performance metrics for operational governance.n
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, auditors, and other fund participants.n
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and client service agreements.n
