nRole Overview
nLead finance setup, country transition and post go-live stabilization including RTR and P2P ownership.
nKey Responsibilities
n• Support finance setup and onboarding for new country operations
n• Deploy accounting and P2P processes in SAP S/4HANA
n• Manage initial month-end closure and operational stabilization
n• Support vendor onboarding and payment setup
n• Establish SOPs and control frameworks
n• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders
n• Track project milestones and transition readiness
n• Drive process standardization across countries
n• Prepare MIS and variance analysis reports
nRequirements
n• Robust understanding of accounting principles including debits and credits
n• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA
