The company is expanding its manufacturing capabilities to 7 GW PV Modules and 4.5 GW Solar Cells, catering to utility-scale, C&I;, government, EPC, and distribution markets across India.
nPosition Summary
nThe South Head – Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Insolation Energy's market share across the Southern region (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, and Puducherry). The role requires developing strategic customer relationships, leading regional sales teams, managing key accounts, and driving business across EPCs, Channel Partners, IPPs, Government, and C&I; segments.




nKey Responsibilities • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve annual sales and profitability targets.
n• Lead sales activities for Solar PV Modules across South India.
n• Build and manage relationships with:
no EPC Companies o Independent Power Producers (IPP)
no Government Departments & PSUs o Channel Partners & Distributors
no Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) Customers
no Open Access Developers
n• Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base.
n• Appoint and strengthen channel partners and distributors across the region. • Drive project sales for utility-scale and rooftop solar projects.
n• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment collection.
n• Coordinate with Technical, SCM, Production, Dispatch, and Finance teams for seamless execution. • Participate in tenders, bids, and commercial negotiations.
